History:

Tibetan singing bowls have survived thousands of years affirming their effectiveness as healing instruments. Although they have been long hidden from most of the world, we know the singing bowls have existed for at least 4000 years and that they were kept and used by monks and lamas all over the continent of Asia.

During a Session:

You will either lay on a massage table or on the floor surrounded by the Tibetan Singing Bowls. With some of the therapies you will lay on your stomach and others on your back. Occasionally they may be placed on your body.

From the initial wonder of hearing the beautiful and entrancing sounds, you enter into a state of profound relaxation.

The beautiful sounds and vibrations align the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies. They create harmony and balance within and around you.

Singing bowls promote deep relaxation with subtle but sometimes profound healing effects. It is possible to recall and resolve past distress that relates to disease or blockages. Setting an intention can be a determining factor.

When subjected to ongoing stress in our lives our bodies tend to build up tension and our ability to relax and heal ourselves is diminished. This therapy, by creating a state of relaxation, reminds and retrains the body to release and let go of stress.

“K’Lea is an innate healer, I experienced this in my body, heart, and soul.  It took me to a deep place where I was in a very altered state and also one of bliss.”

Groups:

The experience of listening to Tibetan singing bowls in a group for meditation or ceremonies can be healing, centering, and beautiful.

“K'Lea's music is more than music, it is an instant mood-setter, transforming wherever it is that you happen to be into a temple.”
~Carolyn DeRoo
